Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Must be 18 years or older and available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen, and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant following company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain positive relations with management and crew; coach and discipline as needed.
• Lead meetings to review procedures, safety, and training.
• Maintain inventory and food cost variance standards; ensure cash procedures are followed.
