Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Growth Leadership Trainer to lead immersive manager training across our franchise network. You will translate Dunkin brand standards into practical execution, deliver hands-on sessions, and coach diverse adult learners at scale.

You will support NCR openings and ongoing restaurant operations, traveling as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality training and strong store openings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional training in multi-unit environments, preferably QSR/fast casual.
• Experience as Restaurant Manager or above-restaurant leader is a plus.
• Strong training design and adult learning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training for Restaurant Managers at local and remote centers.
• Uphold sustainable training systems aligned with ECC’s national growth.
• Lead teach-backs, practice sessions, and skills assessments.
• Coach and provide real-time feedback to learners and identify gaps.
• Ensure brand standards and franchisee systems are consistently applied.
