Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Growth Leadership Trainer to deliver immersive training for Restaurant Managers, focused on Dunkin’ brand standards, food safety, and operations. The role supports new-unit openings and ongoing restaurant performance across a fast-growing franchise network.

The position emphasizes hands-on coaching, train-the-trainer methods, and ensuring strong openings as training moves from Atlanta to Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional training in multi-unit environments.
• Experience as Restaurant Manager or above in QSR/retail/hospitality preferred.
• Training certification NRF RISE or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to train diverse adult learners in dynamic retail environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver instructor-led, hands-on training for Restaurant Managers at the training center(s) – Atlanta/Austin.
• Develop and uphold sustainable training systems for national growth.
• Train on brand standards, recipes, beverages, bakery execution, POS operations and daily routines.
• Teach franchisee systems including scheduling, labor tools, inventory, and payroll processes.
• Lead practice sessions, assessments, and knowledge checks to ensure readiness.
