Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks a Field Training Growth Manager for Dunkin’ to strengthen franchisee training systems and leadership in Emerging Markets, enabling faster openings and steady guest experiences.

You will partner with Franchisee Growth Consultants, Field Operations, Marketing, Development, and Analytics to build onboarding, certifications, coaching, and leadership development. Travel 70–90% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience in restaurant/retail management with Training, HR, or multi-unit management experience
• 5–7 years experience in restaurant or retail training, multi-unit operations, franchise consulting, organizational development, new restaurant openings, or related work (preferred)
• Ability to work independently, in fast-paced settings, and build credibility with stakeholders
• Strong communication, planning, and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual training delivery

Responsibilities

• Franchisee capability building: establish scalable onboarding, certification, coaching, and leadership-development systems
• Translate market plans into training priorities, support plans, and milestones
• Partner with New Restaurant Opening teams on pre-opening training and readiness
• Identify capability gaps using observations and data; propose practical solutions
• Strengthen leadership development across franchisees and above-restaurant leaders
• Help franchisees build self-sustaining training systems with clear ownership and standards
• Lead or support training for national and regional initiatives
• Serve as a training connection point across multiple teams to provide a unified support plan
• Track adoption, readiness, and performance; share insights for continuous improvement
• Travel up to 70–90% to support training activities
