Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Florida to prepare for a management role within a designated store. After a structured training period, you may oversee day-to-day operations for up to 90 days, reporting to the Restaurant District Manager.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, ensure brand standards, and manage safety, cash, and inventory while supporting a profitable operation.

Qualifications

• This role prefers 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proficient communication and leadership abilities are required.
• Open availability to cover shifts and trainings as needed.
• Must maintain brand standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and supervise shift duties.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and production standards.
• Monitor cash, sales and inventory records.
• Communicate with district management regularly.
