Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties.
• Delegates job responsibilities and shift duties and follows up for completion.
• Directs team and ensures all food items meet brand and health regulations.
• Oversees cash, sales, and inventory control records for accuracy.
• Communicates with district manager as required.
• Completes daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
• Ensures a safe environment by following laws and safety codes.
