Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner and coaches team members.
• Recruits, interviews, hires, and onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates duties.
• Directs team to follow Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Supervises food prep and production management.
• Ensures staff training on Brand standards.
• Manages daily, weekly, and period paperwork and cash/inventory controls.
• Communicates with district manager as required.
• Maintains safety and regulatory compliance.
