Circle K Florida is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee in Summerfield to develop into a Restaurant Manager. You will train in day-to-day operations, people leadership, and financial metrics under the guidance of the Restaurant District Manager.

The role emphasizes guest service, adherence to Brand standards, and hands-on operations. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and a commitment to team development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver's License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner; coach and correct team members as necessary.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard for all positions.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment through cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Delegate duties and follow up for completion.
• Direct team to meet Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Ensure food safety and operational standards are met.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records for accuracy.
• Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
