Circle K in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to prepare for a future Restaurant Manager role. During a structured training period, you will oversee daily operations at a Circle K location under the guidance of the Restaurant District Manager.

Responsibilities include coaching and onboarding staff, maintaining health and safety standards, managing cash and inventory, and ensuring excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coach and lead a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates shift duties.
• Directs team to ensure food items meet Brand, Company, and health standards.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory control records and reports incidents per policy.
