Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner.
• Coach and correct team members as necessary.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Maintain clean restaurant environment and handle housekeeping duties.
• Manage shifts, assignments, and production planning.
• Ensure compliance with Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with district manager and complete required paperwork.
