Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager Trainee to develop into a Restaurant Manager. Training may last up to 90 days with responsibility for day-to-day operations and financial metrics in a designated store, reporting to the Restaurant District Manager.

The role emphasizes guest service, hiring, training, compliance with health and safety standards, and ownership of financial performance within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver's License required.
• Ser Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability and excellent communication skills expected.
• Demonstrates integrity and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard staff.
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and housekeeping.
• Manage daily, weekly, and period paperwork, cash, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety codes.
• Lead and coach team members to meet brand standards.
