Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties.
• Delegates duties and follows up for completion.
• Ensures food items are prepared and served per Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Supervises and coaches staff on standards for food prep and production.
• Ensures staff training on Brand and Company standards.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Communicates with district manager as required.
• Handles daily, weekly, period paperwork, inventories, cash counts, and schedules.
