J&H Family Stores is seeking a capable store manager to oversee daily operations, inventory control, and staff supervision at a location in Alabama. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and direct staff, manage schedules, and support local marketing efforts while ensuring health codes and security policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in a QSR environment with staff supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to recruit staff and oversee training program.
• Must manage inventory and money control systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete and post staff work schedules.
• Manage a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluate performance; recommend promotions, transfers, or terminations.
• Communicate changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety codes and company policies.
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
