Qualifications

• Two years in QSR with supervision/training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS system/cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40–50 hours per week.
• Reliable transportation and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Complete and post staff work schedules.
• Manage staff of 4–12; supervise, promote/transfer/terminate; evaluate performance.
• Communicate changes to staff about formulas and standards.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure health and food safety codes compliance and company safety policies.
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
