Job summary

J&H Family Stores is seeking an experienced store manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, staffing, and customer service excellence. You will lead a team to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards across the operation.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff while coordinating with marketing efforts and maintaining records. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work 40–50 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a QSR environment with supervision/training experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to recruit staff and oversee training programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete and post staff work schedules.
• Manage a staff of approximately 4–12; evaluate performance and handle promotions or terminations.
• Communicate changes to food preparations formulas and standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and safety policies.
