Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a QSR environment with supervising and training staff.
• Must operate a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Create and post staff work schedules.
• Lead a team of 4–12, evaluate performance, and conduct staff reviews.
• Communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and security policies.
• Identify prospective customers to promote sales.
