Job summary

J&H Family Stores seeks an experienced store manager to oversee overall store operations, inventory and money control systems, and a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service. You will direct staff, recruit, train, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld.

The role includes local marketing and maintaining business records. You will schedule staff, supervise 4–12 employees, and collaborate on promotions while maintaining health codes and security policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of QSR supervisory experience and staff training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a POS/cash register.
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12.
• Communicates changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and food safety codes are maintained and policies followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
