The role requires 2+ years in QSR management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of 4–12 employees, with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in QSR management or supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS or cash register.
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and post weekly work plans.
• Lead a team of 4–12 employees; supervise and evaluate performance.
• Communicate standard procedures for food prep and safety to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security policies.
• Recruit staff and oversee training programs.
• Contact prospective customers to promote sales and build relationships.
