Job summary

J&H Family Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead overall store operations. You will oversee inventory, money control, and ensure food safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards.

You will recruit staff and supervise training, while promoting local marketing efforts and maintaining business records. The role requires directing a staff of 4–12, maintaining 40–50 work hours weekly, and being on-call 24 hours a day.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising and training staff in a QSR environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post staff work schedules.
• Direct a team of 4–12 employees and evaluate performance.
• Communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and safety policies.
• Identify prospective customers to promote sales.
