Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Management Trainee to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality standards in our Astor/Oakland Florida locations. You will work under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager and help recruit, onboard, and train team members while maintaining strong guest service.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership.
• Open availability to meet shift needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and staff.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and coaching of team members.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and reporting.
• Train a Restaurant Assistant Manager for coverage.
• Uphold company values and performance standards.
