Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver's License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and delegates housekeeping duties.
• Directs team and ensures compliance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Monitors cash, sales and inventory control records.
• Completes daily, weekly, and period paperwork, schedules and related duties.
• Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests; reports issues.
• Owns financial and operational metrics to drive profitability.
