Job summary

IHOP is seeking an onsite Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily guest service operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with SOPs. You will recruit, train, and evaluate employees, handle guest concerns professionally, and maintain accurate paperwork. This role requires flexibility across days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret basic safety and operating procedures.
• Basic computer skills including Email, MS Excel and MS Word are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service and HR objectives per SOP.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with hourly staff and franchisee.
• Manage restaurant floor with regular guest contact and timely complaint handling.
• Ensure recruitment, training, operations, food safety and sanitation align with SOP.
• Perform supervisory duties: recruitment, training, directing workflow, performance reviews.
• Complete reports and maintain personnel files accurately and on time.
• Be available to work days, nights and weekends.
