Job summary

IHOP is seeking a team member to assist in achieving sales goals and maintaining guest satisfaction. You will work with hourly staff and management to ensure smooth operations and uphold standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong reading and writing skills, and the ability to learn safety and SOP procedures. A valid driver’s license may be needed for company business.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Driver's license may be required for company business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted sales and profits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP staff and guests.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and retention of employees as defined by SOPs.
• Ensure supplies and proper operation of equipment and safety standards.
• Complete required reports and paperwork; perform other duties as assigned.
