Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.
• Take full responsibility for business including people, operations, and financial metrics.
• Report to the Restaurant District Manager.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance; monitor cash, sales, and inventory records.
• Train and develop Restaurant Assistant Manager; implement Brand campaigns.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and period paperwork and schedules.
