Circle K Stores Inc. in Florida is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise team members, and partner with management to uphold brand standards.

The RAM will ensure guest satisfaction, coach staff, and manage administrative duties in the RM’s absence. The role emphasizes maintaining food safety, accuracy in cash handling, and achievement of financial and operational metrics while living Circle K values.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during all hours of operation, including pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment exercising general housekeeping duties
• Assigns shift duties and ensures timely completion
• Directs team to prepare and serve items per Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Coaches on food prep and production management guidelines
• Cascades information to team and assists with new product training
• Responsible for placing campaign materials upon request
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift
• Completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork and counts
• Communicates discrepancies to supervisor
• In RM’s absence, completes daily/weekly/period paperwork and counts
• Maintains safe environment following laws and safety codes
• Completes incident reports per policy
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics
