Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and completes onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties; delegates duties and follows up.
• Directs team to ensure all food items are prepared and served per Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records for accuracy.
• Communicates with Restaurant District Manager as required.
• Manages daily, weekly, and period paperwork, schedules, cash counts, and truck orders.
