Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant.
• Oversee staff recruiting, onboarding, and supervision.
• Ensure compliance with brand, company, and health department standards.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records for accuracy.
• Train team on Brand standards and operational procedures.
• Communicate with Restaurant District Manager as required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and periodic paperwork and schedules.
• Maintain a safe environment and report facility issues to maintenance.
