Circle K in Ft McCoy, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help run daily operations and lead the team when the Restaurant Manager is absent.

This part-time role requires availability across all hours of operation, including pre-opening and post-closing. You will coach staff, ensure quality and safety, manage cash and inventory, and perform administrative duties while upholding Circle K standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Ensures food preparation and service meet Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Coaches team on product quality, safety, and standards.
• Manages cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end of shift paperwork.
• Completes daily, weekly, and end-of-period administrative duties in RM’s absence.
• Upholds safety laws and company policies; supports profitable operations.
