Circle K Stores Inc. in Fort McCoy, Florida is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a company-operated restaurant.

The RM will own the business outcomes including people management, operations, and financial metrics, reporting to the Restaurant District Manager. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent guest service, recruiting and onboarding staff, maintaining food safety and brand standards, and managing cash, sales, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Serv Safe Manager certification preferred.
• Open availability required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivates, coaches, and leads team members.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team members as necessary.
• Recruits, interviews, selects, hires, and onboarding for all positions.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and housekeeping duties.
• Delegates shift duties and follows up for completion.
• Directs team and ensures food prepared per Brand/Company standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory control records.
• Performs daily, weekly, and period paperwork and scheduling.
