Circle K Stores Inc. in Fort McCoy, FL is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and uphold Circle K standards for guest service, safety, and quality.

You will coach team members, assist with interviews, manage shift duties, ensure accurate cash handling and inventory, and complete end-of-day paperwork to help deliver a profitable, welcoming store experience.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability; hours include pre-opening and post-closing
• Valid state Driver’s License required

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager with daily operations
• Supervise team in RM absence
• Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Team Members
• Ensure compliance with Brand, Company and health regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records
• Complete shift-end paperwork and reporting
• Communicate discrepancies to supervisor
• Provide training and new product guidance
