Job summary

J. Alexander’s is seeking a motivated hospitality leader to join our Phoenix-area leadership team. The manager will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality, and smooth service.

You will work closely with culinary and service professionals, mentoring hourly staff and coordinating with the General Manager to plan and execute daily operations. Bachelor’s degree preferred and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading hospitality teams is required.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.

Job Description:

The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. This position will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of food quality, and optimize operational efficiency. The manager will possess a versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems. The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
