Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, West Point, MS, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Wendy’s unit. You will support the General Manager by coaching the team, building a fun, respectful environment, and placing the right people in the right roles to optimize performance.

Reporting to the GM or District Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead hiring/training, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws while striving for profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• Experience: 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• General knowledge of state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs and budget/P&L review.
• Hire, interview and train crew; ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor product quality and service times; train crew in courtesy.
• Direct crew to maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow SOPs.
• Train and develop managers and crew; cross-train for coverage.
