Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, Wendy’s franchisee, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager by coaching the crew and creating a fun, inviting work environment where every team member feels respected and valued.

You will lead scheduling to place the right people in the right places at the right times, manage daily operations, ensure policy adherence, and drive labor efficiency, food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing restaurant staff.
• Ability to schedule staff to meet labor and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff of Wendy’s restaurant.
• Execute company policies and procedures.
• Coach and train crew; develop high-performing teams.
• Monitor labor costs and budget; review P&L.
• Ensure food quality, service times, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Admin duties: scheduling, cash handling, inventory.
