Job summary

Carlisle Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager in operating a Wendy’s restaurant. You will coach and develop the crew, schedule staff, and ensure efficient shift execution to meet sales, service, and quality goals.

You will lead hiring, training, and performance feedback, while maintaining compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations. A strong customer orientation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in operations preferred.
• 1 year of line operations experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be 18 years or older, with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, interview, select, and train crew with support of GM/DM.
• Manage daily restaurant operations to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Control labor costs and monitor food costs, waste, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Wendy's policies, health, safety, and brand standards.
