Qualifications

• Coaching and developing all subordinate employees with GM/DM support
• Effective scheduling to place the right people in the right roles
• Manage daily operations and staff to maximize profitability and satisfaction
• Ability to uphold company policies, procedures, programs and systems
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices

Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts
• Review budget and P&L monthly
• Promote customer satisfaction to build sales and profits
• Monitor waste, prep, production and procedures during shifts
• Train crew in new products and customer service standards
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety while following the operations manual
