Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale dining concept. You will drive guest experiences, oversee food and service quality, and promote fresh, local ingredients to create memorable dishes.

With 3+ years of floor management experience, you will lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with FOH/BOH to ensure safety, service excellence, and a welcoming atmosphere across our restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a floor manager in high-volume upscale restaurants.
• Passion for fresh, local ingredients and community engagement to procure quality products.
• Ability to lead staff development and promote a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality with focus on seafood and raw bar offerings.
• Assess and implement service standards for consistency across operations.
• Achieve financial objectives by budgeting, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.
• Create strategic objectives for recruitment, finance, legal, and restaurant operations (FOH/BOH).
• Create weekly schedules, control labor, and manage ordering/inventory with attention to seasonality.
• Partner with FOH and BOH to ensure a positive and collaborative environment.
• Lead by example and maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
