Cooper’s Hawk Winery in Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, scratch-kitchen operation with a retail market, tasting room and Wine Club. You’ll grow and inspire a team, deliver hospitality, and uphold Cooper’s Hawk standards.

The role offers compensation of $55,000-$65,000/year with a 10% bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package, reflecting experience and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant, scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Results-driven with ability to coach team to hit targets (Wine Club growth).
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English; strong financial acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ServSafe and local licensing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs; stand for 10 hours; 50-60 hour work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 department areas with confidence and uphold Cooper’s Hawk standards.
• Use POS, scheduling and inventory software to stay organized; conduct weekly inventory.
• Hire, train, and schedule hourly Team Members; manage department-level financials.
• Foster collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house teams; lead department meetings.
• Coach and develop Team Members to ensure smooth shift execution; partner with GM.
• Represent values and provide personalized service to guests; support Wine Club growth.
