Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager for our Pearisburg, VA Hardee's location. You will operate the restaurant in the GM's absence, drive sales growth, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness, and focus on profitability.

You will interview staff, schedule shifts, manage labor and food costs, train crews, and lead a team to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and manage guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Provide coaching and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss procedures and promotions.
