Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. in Mount Jackson, VA, is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager for Hardee’s. Lead crew, motivate team, and ensure outstanding guest service, food quality, safety and cleanliness while helping the restaurant achieve profitability.

You will hire and train staff, schedule to meet guest flow, control labor costs, and uphold company standards. Strong communication, leadership, and a drive for results are essential; advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow; manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
