Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee's location in Virginia. You will lead daily operations, supervise team members, manage scheduling, training, and performance, while upholding safety, quality and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Able to lead, train and coach staff.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to meet company standards.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and control labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Coach, counsel and discipline as warranted.
• Run crew and management meetings.
• Maintain product quality, safety and cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain inventory and reporting to standard.
• Uphold HR, sanitation and security policies.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
