Qualifications

• 18+ years old (required).
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Loves serving and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; coach and discipline as needed.
• Conduct crew and management meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and procedures.
• Maintain inventory and food cost controls; ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and cash handling is secure.
