Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Hardee’s location in Virginia. You will operate the restaurant alongside crew, hire and train staff, and oversee daily activities to meet sales and service standards.

You will manage labor costs, ensure food quality and safety, supervise cash handling, and lead a team through continuous improvement. The role requires 2 years of management experience and flexibility across shifts.

• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow. Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew. Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct crew and management team meetings to discuss operation procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
• Maintain inventory to meet Food Cost variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash and cash procedures compliance.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally in all tasks.
