Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Hire qualified staff and operate the restaurant per company standards and regulations.
• Schedule staff to cover guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Coach, counsel and discipline as needed; assist with crew duties.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss procedures, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and control food costs per company variance standards.
• Ensure cash procedures and daily reports are accurate.
• Maintain cleanliness and equipment, and adhere to safety policies.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its vision and values.
