Job summary

Nando's PERi-PERi North America is seeking a Shift Lead / Supervisor to guide restaurant operations and coach team members across shifts. You may serve as Griller or Cashier and will take on a supervisory role, helping to drive service and staff development.

This role emphasizes guest relations, food safety, and smooth shift transitions, with opportunities for advancement within the team.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to complete onsite Shift Lead Training.
• Possess valid food handler and alcohol serving license if required by jurisdiction.
• Comfortable with both verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shifts to Nando’s standards and exceptional guest and team experience.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and safe counts per policy.
• Open and close duties, prep and line checks, and shift changeovers.
• Coordinate back-of-house tasks and ensure operational readiness.
• Communicate clearly with peers and managers to resolve issues.
