Job summary

Nando's PERi-PERi North America is seeking a Shift Lead/Supervisor to guide front-line teams and uphold restaurant standards across shifts in Virginia.

You will coach Nandocas, manage opening, running, and closing duties, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and collaborate with managers to maintain smooth operations. Part-time or full-time roles available, offering growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Complete onsite Shift Lead Training at a Nando's restaurant.
• Pass background check.
• Possess a food handler's license and, if required, an alcohol license.
• Excellent communication skills to navigate guest and team situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to meet food safety and operational standards.
• Manage cash handling, deposits, and POS transactions.
• Protect staff and restaurant security by safeguarding keys and doors.
• Oversee opening duties, prep, inventory, and daily planning.
• Coordinate shift changes and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Execute closing duties, reconcile cash, and review end-of-day reports.
