Subway is seeking a Manager to lead guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, local marketing, recruiting, safety, and teamwork.

You will supervise and train staff, ensure safety codes are followed, analyze business records to increase sales, and coordinate events and promotions. Roles vary by location and can be full-time or part-time with day/evening/weekend shifts.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and guest service focus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Computer knowledge and basic monetary controls.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure food quality.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Recruit, train and supervise staff; plan scheduling.
