The role requires leadership, strong guest focus, and the ability to operate restaurant processes, train staff, and deliver an excellent guest experience on your assigned shift.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills are required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Guest focus – anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Passion for results and strong decision making.
• Ability to build effective teams and coach staff.
• Physical capability to operate restaurant equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and drive guest satisfaction.
