The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for developing teams while meeting financial goals through effective supervision and operations management.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Experience in the food service industry is required; Food Safety/Serve Safe knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and drive guest satisfaction.
• Manage purchasing, scheduling, and store facilities maintenance.
• Oversee recruitment, training and development of team members.
• Counsel, discipline, promote or terminate restaurant staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and cost controls.
