M Crowd Restaurant Group in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead planning, training and operations across FOH and BOH. The role focuses on achieving sales and service objectives while preserving food quality and sanitation.

You will supervise staff, optimize labor and ensure compliance with policies. Qualified candidates bring strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in front-of-house management, with the stamina for long hours and high guests

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Hold Manager’s Food Service Certification and Alcohol Server Certification.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Three years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management.
• Excellent math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Stamina for about 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training and leadership to hit sales, costs and guest satisfaction goals.
• Ensure guests receive welcoming, responsive and courteous service.
• Maintain food quality and sanitation per recipes and standards.
• Schedule labor to meet activity and manage labor costs.
• Handle payroll, orientation, invoicing and Aloha reporting as needed.
• Ensure equipment is clean and maintained; enforce safety policies.
• Develop staff through ongoing coaching and development.
• Prepare forms, reports and schedules in an organized, timely manner.
