Qualifications

• College degree and/or 3-4 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to manage store teams.
• Proficiency in food safety procedures and health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Trains, monitors and reinforces food safety procedures to store management and crew employees.
• Maximizes store KPI goals versus budget and prior year, including local marketing programs.
• Manages profit, food, labor and paper costs and implements plans to improve profits.
• Ensures quality, service and cleanliness standards across all day parts and drives customer satisfaction.
• Leads HR programs to staff, develop and evaluate store management and crew performance.
